Emily is our bright and bubbly Senior Portfolio Manager. With over a decade of experience in retail prior to Real Estate, Emily brings high customer satisfaction and efficiency to the table at Downton Property. The demanding environment of retail management has instilled in Emily the importance of building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and being able to adapt to the ever-changing market trends.

Emily’s approach is characterised by establishing trusting relationships with her client-centric service, prompt response time and by ensuring that she not only meets, but exceeds client expectations.

When Emily is not communicating with tenants and landlords or showcasing our wonderful properties, you can find her relaxing at home with her 4 children, partner and hairless cats. All of whom assist to strengthen Emily’s mental resilience and optimal organisational skills.

Emily delivers every aspect of her role with professionalism and care. Named a National Finalist for the REB Rising Star Award in 2026, she is an emerging leader and a valued member of the Downton Property team.
