Natalie entered the Real Estate Industry in 2007 with strong character references and a huge desire to achieve. Natalie has competed in high level sport including state netball teams and golf teams her success in these and other sports are a further testament to her dedication and ability to perform under pressure.

Nat joined the Downton Property team as a Portfolio Manager in February 2017 and is the first point of contact for investors looking for property management services.
Nat’s natural skill for building relationships and her honest personality ensures the best experience for her valued clients. Natalie has always been career driven, destined to be the best at whatever she set her mind too. Prior to the Real Estate industry, she held positions at a high level in both superannuation and finance. Natalie is a much-loved member of the Downton Property team and her drive to contribute in a positive way to each landlord’s journey, while also helping to tenants to find a new home is phenomenal.
When Natalie is not sharing her passion for the industry with her list of fortunate clients, she is busy working out, instructing gym classes or spending quality time with her wonderful family.
Jamie joined the Downton Property Team in 2018 and brings with her extensive experience in Administration and Customer Service.
Jamie takes pride in her willingness to go above and beyond to achieve the best outcome for her clients and believes in the importance of good communication to ensure that she creates lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Jamie plays and coaches high level netball which keeps her busy most weekends and weeknights during winter. This demonstrates her dedication and passion for helping others.
Jamie is friendly, easy going and extremely approachable. Her professionalism, can-do attitude and her positivity makes her a valued member of our Property Management team.
Mikayla brings with her an enormous amount of enthusiasm and professionalism. Mikayla, although young has spent a large and valuable amount of time in the real estate industry in large firms in both Melbourne and Hobart.
She is experienced beyond her years and her dedication has already seen her win awards such as “employee of the year”. A real people person “Mak” is passionate and committed to property and providing the best possible service to her clients. Her honest approach and her effective communication skills ensure all parties are satisfied beyond measure.
Mikayla has been working at Downton Property since the doors opened in November 2015 and spent majority of her time here working alongside Principal Nat Downton as her Co-Agent, however since returning from maternity leave in 2018 after having her beautiful little girl Lyla, Mikayla has now taken on a new role as Portfolio Manager and alongside Jamie manages a growing portfolio of properties.
